What happens when you submit

1. Call Clearance records the consent the way the capture snippet does on a real site: the exact checkbox wording, this page, the time, your IP and browser, and a copy of the form with your answers removed.
2. It fingerprints all of that into a tamper-evident chain, the same chain every check goes into.
3. It runs the pre-call check an AI agent would run before dialing: consent, opt-outs, Do Not Call, known litigators, calling hours where the number is.
4. You get the Call Record: the page a business would hand its lawyer if someone claimed they called without permission.
